Position Overview:

We’re seeking a thoughtful and service-oriented Client Experience Strategist to support our client communications, outreach, and engagement strategy. This remote, part-time role is ideal for someone who’s organized, professional, and deeply attuned to the details that shape strong relationships.

As the face of Pate Sterling’s client interactions, you’ll play a key role in shaping how prospective and current clients experience the brand — from first contact to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries and ensure timely, thoughtful responses
• Support intake, onboarding, and post-engagement follow-up
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure seamless client experience
• Draft proposals, meeting summaries, or service overviews
• Support CRM tracking and light outreach to prospective clients
• Contribute ideas for elevating the client journey and internal systems

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Prior experience in client service, program coordination, or consulting
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Bonus: Experience with CRMs, digital tools, or consulting service workflows
