Retention

Inquiry records are retained while a prospective or active engagement is under discussion, and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You may request deletion at any time.

Confidentiality of client information

Materials shared during an engagement are treated as confidential and handled under the terms of the applicable services agreement. Client work is never referenced publicly without written permission.
