Engagements

Consulting services are governed exclusively by the executed services agreement for that engagement. In any conflict, that agreement controls over these terms.

Funding Desk

Funding Desk is a paid, one-time conversation with a Pate Sterling funding specialist, arranged and delivered through our online platform at desk.patesterling.com. Each conversation is intended for a specific, focused question, such as eligibility for a funding opportunity, application or formatting requirements, or general direction on where to look for funding.

Funding Desk specialists answer the specific questions presented to them. They do not make funding, legal, financial, or business decisions on your behalf, and no advisory or consulting relationship beyond the individual conversation is created by using Funding Desk.

Funding Desk is not a substitute for a full consulting engagement and is not legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Funding Desk fees are charged at checkout, before you join the queue. If a conversation does not occur due to a technical or operational issue on our end, you will receive a refund. If you do not join within the window provided once a specialist is ready for the first time, you are automatically returned to the queue at no additional cost, and your existing payment continues to apply toward your conversation. After a second missed connection, Pate Sterling will review your situation individually, which may include a refund. Once a conversation has begun, your fee is considered earned and is non-refundable.

Limitation of liability

Pate Sterling is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information published on this site. Materials are provided as-is, without warranty.
